The baking of French macarons is considered tricky and difficult to get right in the first go. But, you need not worry, you are in for a treat because I bring you the secret ingredient to get it right all the time. The secret ingredient is meringue powder. Though it is not available easily in the shops, you can buy it easily from Amazon and it is worth the extra effort to buy from Amazon. Use one tablespoon of meringue powder to every egg white added. I’ve used 3 egg whites in this recipe, hence, 3 tablespoons of meringue powder.
