These are my spicy yet mildly sweet delicious savoury cookies which are a perfect addition to your hot evening chai. These are quite popular in Kerala bakeries. My mother would bring these home often on her way back from work and hence, very close to my heart since childhood. When I was carrying my firstborn, these cookies were all that I wanted to munch on. Being away from Kerala, I was forced to bake them myself. Since then, many a thing has gone in and out of the recipe and I’ve pretty much frozen on this one. This recipe delivers about 25 delicious cookies. These have become part of our Christmas gifting hamper too.
