This Cinnamon coffee cake is a wonderfully moist and tender cake, with a scrumptious buttery cinnamon streusel running in between and on top. It has a light, buttery crumb. It is called Starbucks Cinnamon coffee cake, not because it has coffee in it. Coffee cake is a butter-based cake that, contrary to what the name implies, does NOT contain coffee. It is meant to be paired with a cup of coffee- hence the name!
